1. Our Commitment

JoboMusic AG ("JoboMusic", "we", "us") builds privacy into the architecture of its products rather than bolting it on after the fact. We collect as little data as possible, store what we must in encrypted form, and never sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide our services:

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts on our websites.
• No personal information on account creation. User identity is based on cryptographic key pairs — no name, email, or phone number is required.
• No newsletters, no marketing emails, no social media plugins, no third-party trackers.

3. Contact Form Data

When you send a message through a contact form on our website:

• Your message and the email address you provide are stored in an encrypted database on a Unyon server.
• The message is then forwarded to us via SMTP. Email transmission is unencrypted at the email provider level, as is standard for email.
• We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. Payment Processing

Domain operators who integrate Stripe for payment processing rely on Stripe to collect personal and financial information as described in Stripe's privacy policy. Neither JoboMusic nor domain operators store your payment details directly.

It is technically possible for a domain operator to correlate your internal user ID with your Stripe account.

5. Server & Hosting Logs

Our websites are served by a shared hosting provider. The hosting provider may automatically log data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser metadata. JoboMusic does not access or control these logs.

6. Hashed Identifiers

In certain parts of our infrastructure, we store hashed and salted IP addresses. These hashes are one-way and cannot be reversed to recover the original IP address. They are not personally identifiable.

7. What We Don't Do

To be explicit:

• We do not use cookies or any form of browser tracking.
• We do not run analytics (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, nothing).
• We do not collect personal information when you create an account.
• We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
• We do not embed social media plugins or third-party trackers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.

8. Data Security

All databases storing user content are encrypted. User identity is based on cryptographic key pairs, not passwords tied to personal information. No plaintext personally identifiable information is stored at rest.

9. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Hosting provider — may collect server access logs as described in Section 5

10. Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request rectification of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request portability of your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Object to processing on legitimate grounds
• Lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (for EU/EEA residents, your local data protection authority; for Swiss residents, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner)

11. California Residents

JoboMusic does not track users across third-party websites or services and does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because we do not collect personal information beyond what is described in this policy, there is no additional disclosure required under California privacy law.

12. Software

Use of JoboMusic application software (including Struc, Unyon, and the Flexion SDK) is subject to a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) provided with each application.

13. Children

Our services are not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
