With Unyon, everyone can build their own community platform.

Independent

Unyon requires no third-party software such as traditional browsers or servers. Use the Unyon Client Application as your browser, and to host your own root-domain, run the Unyon Server Application. Both apps run on all desktop platforms without the need for any additional software or environments.

Secure

All data is protected by state-of-the-art encryption algorithms. Local data is additionally tied to your machine, so even if someone acquires your encryption keys, they cannot decrypt the data on another device. This also prevents replicating local data to sharing portals. Transient data is transmitted through secure tunnels, ensuring only the intended recipient can decipher it.

Decentralized

Instead of a central hub managing all data, every root-domain operator creates their own independent hub. These hubs operate independently and unaware of each other. If you choose to share your hub, you can share your domain files—maintaining full control. Even when domain files are shared, data remains segregated and in the hands of the respective domain owners.

Private

Unyon does not send your data to any third parties and provides no functionality to do so—by design. Your platform, your data, your control. Instead of paying with your data, you pay a small hosting fee for your root-domain. We stand by this honest and transparent approach.
